Clean Reserve Sel Santal Eau de Parfum

I very rarely speak about perfumes because in all honesty I find it quite difficult to explain scents. However, I am a massive perfume fan, my collection is pretty extravagant. Although, I don’t tend to write about the scents I love all that often, I felt compelled to share my recent discovery with you because IT SMELLS LIKE HEAVEN.

The perfume in question is by a brand called Clean Reserve. This brand has a fairly large range of perfumes, a lot of which you can layer to create your own signature scent. They each come in identical heavy duty bottles but with a different scent label attached. The lid is wooden and the label is simple, which keeps the brand true to its name…CLEAN RESERVE. When I first got my hands on the bottle I said to my friend, ‘It just looks clean, which sounds silly because it’s like I’ve just read the name, but its packaged perfectly’. Its very aesthetically pleasing for a girl who likes things to look minimal, luxurious, fresh, along with clean.

This particular perfume from the brand is called Sel Santal and wow, just wow. I AM OBSESSED. It has a slight masculine vibe but I like that. Firstly, it smells somewhat citrusy and then the skin absorbs it creating a creamy but fresh aroma. If you have ever had the pleasure of inhaling Santal Blush from Tom Ford you will adore this, and this is quite a bit cheaper too.

The 100ml bottle costs £79, which I think is very reasonable for a eau de parfum. It is a scent which lingers on the skin for a long period of time too so throughout the day you’ll have gentle reminders of how wonderful you smell.

I will leave the full description below along with the notes.

LETS LEAVE IT TO THE PROFESSIONALS:

“CLEAN Reserve Sel Santal is a rich, woody, yet uplifting fragrance. A blend of salty ocean air paired with an aroma of fresh, green fig trees gives Sel Santal a natural, elegant introduction, while the distinct scent of weathered wood creates the perfect finish.”
