A lot of us tend to focus on the negative situations in our lives and forget to appreciate all of the positives. As soon as we focus on the good things we become happier. Be grateful for your health, your family and anything that fulfils your life. Life can be wonderful if you let it. Our struggles will be there but if we get on with our lives and appreciate the good the positives will make the negatives seem less important.
