Yesterday was a rainy Sunday afternoon so Mike & I headed to the cinema to watch the movie ‘Joy’. I recently saw the trailer and thought it looked good but I had no idea that it would actually be very inspirational. ‘Joy’ is a true story about a lady called Joy Mangano who gets caught up in the stresses of everyday life. One day she decides to follow her dreams and invent something. She created the Miracle Mop. She was told no and had so much go wrong but she had guts and believed in herself. I don’t want to turn this into a movie review so I’ll just say if you need a kick up the backside to motivate yourself for a great year then go see the movie.
