Encased inside beautiful colour coded packaging I couldn’t wait to try out the latest lipsticks from The Body Shop. This range is called Colour Crush and as soon as I twisted up each lipstick I instantly had a crush on the colours and texture. They glide on like butter, are highly moisturising and have a glossy finish. There seems to be twenty six colours in the range (which all smell like roses!) and I can’t wait to try them, especially Damson In Distress which looks like a purply pink shade *swoon*.
The shades in the images:
*Passionate Pink 205 ~ A vibrant raspberry pink shade. To keep the glossy look you will have to reapply frequently but the colour stays on your lips for hours.
*Berry In Love 320 ~ This is a berry nude and I this isn’t a shade I would usually go for. I love nudes (I’d love to try Dare To Bare 220) but I think my mum would prefer this shade. The name ‘Berry In Love’ makes it sound like its more of a red or pink shade but its in the nude range. This has a highly glossy finish but doesn’t last too long. This one you have to apply most frequently out of the three I have.
* Enraptured Red 115 ~ My favourite of the three is this highly pigmented Hollywood red. It glides onto the lips easily and doesn’t bleed which is rare for a red lipstick. It instantly made my lips look fuller and has a gorgeous glossy look. Like the others the glossy look doesn’t last too long but you’re left with a stunning red lip that lasts hours on end.
You can find the range here and they retail at £10 each.
