RMK S/S 2014 Play On Pink Collection ~ Kaleidoscope Eyes #02 Pink Bronze *

Ever since I got my mitts on the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette I had a feeling that Spring/Summer 2014 would feature a lot of eyeshadows with pink hues. I’d always stood far away from pinky shades as thought they wouldn’t suit me but since I’ve used Naked 3 I’ve been hooked. Therefore, when I got sent this RMK ‘Kaleidoscope Eyes’ eyeshadow trio in the shade 02 ‘Pink Bronze’ from the S/S’14 ‘Play On Pink’ collection I couldn’t wait to try it. Now, this little trio of eyeshadows is simply beautiful to look at with its girly shades encased inside sturdy silver packaging complete with mirror and a handy little applicator for when you’re on the go. These eyeshadows will look stunning in the Spring or Summer sunshine as the light will catch the delicate sparkly pigments. Although the eyeshadow has a touch of sparkle to them I feel they are the perfect daytime shade to add that girly touch to your look. However, you could also dampen your eyeshadow brush slightly to make the eyeshadows appear more pigmented and intense. The pretty pink shade is the highlighter which I’ve worn on my brow bone & inner corner of my eye, I’ve used the darker shade on the base of my lid and blended it up into the crease and towards the highlighted area and then I’ve used the most sparkly shade and placed that over top of the darker shade on my lid to make my eyes pop. In the photos above the first swatch is taken without a flash and the second is with a flash. All in all this is perfect for a girly glow which is subtle enough to make you feel carefree in the warmer months ahead.

I’m not entirely sure when this collection is available to the public but keep your pretty eyes peeled. There are five variations of this eyeshadow trio and all focus around the colour pink! It will be sold at www.lookfantastic.com
