Still recovering from a heavy weekend Katie & I headed out for lunch. The last thing on my mind was alcohol but looking at the menu and seeing the ‘cocktail of the month’ I was tempted to try just one. It was called ‘Toffee Apple’ and was so yummy which is why I thought I would blog about it.
I was even more excited to try it when I saw how cute it was presented. I even searched Ebay when I got home & bought myself some pink striped straws and the lovely jam jars.
You don’t need many ingredients to recreate this so why not try it out?
*Thunder toffee vodka
*Pure apple Juice
*Pomegranate fruit
